► Contact Sacramento’s Mayor and City Council and ask that Ashkelon, Israel only be considered as a sister city for Sacramento after it can be clearly demonstrated that human rights are honored and respected: for Palestinian refugees who were forced from their homes and lands in what is now Ashkelon; for Palestinians imprisoned in Ashkelon’s prison; and for Ashkelon’s present Palestinian minority.
